Low Maintenance Living.

I like having a big yard, but if I’m honest with you, sometimes I don’t want a big yard anymore. I’d rather spend time with people. Friends, grand kids, family, people you love. Besides, it just takes longer to mow and weed than it used to.

On top of that, we have some rooms we really don’t go into very often anymore. But there sure is a lot of “stuff” in them.

And don’t even get me started about steps. I didn’t used to mind them. In fact, I used to be able to run up them. Now, my knee hurts. I don’t really even like walking on steps if I don’t have to.

If any of those things are true for you, this may be the place you are looking for.

It’s all one level and if you come in through the garage, not a single step.

There are 2 good sized bedrooms, both with walk-in closets.

Nobody likes having to wait when you need to go to the bathroom, so there are 2 full bathrooms.

We still have friends or grand kids over sometimes and I still cook like I’m feeding the whole family so the Big eat-in kitchen is great. It includes all the appliances I need.

I’m not that tall, but I hate low ceilings. This living room is big enough and it feels even bigger with the cathedral ceilings.

I’ve never been a fan of painting siding and I just don’t get all excited about vinyl, so I love the all brick exterior.

And who wants to stay inside all the time? There is an open front porch to sit on and watch the clouds roll by. And when you are at the grocery store, just half a mile away, and you see a storm coming, no worries. Just pull in to the attached garage.

Having a home like this frees you up for the more important things in life.

The price of this home is $185,000.
