Once upon a time This house at 1455 s 350 e in Hobbs was a fantastic bachelor pad, check out that garage, what more does a young guy need right? Well, he needed a Harley Davidson room painted black and orange with a pool table. Also, any bachelor needs a hot tub, and there was one in the back yard right off the wood deck.

The thing about bachelors though, sometimes they meet the right woman and gradually the bachelor pad changes.

First thing, the Harley room is now a bedroom. The pool table is gone and so is the hot tub. The bedroom on the main floor is now tastefully decorated. Another change, there is now a huge kitchen, over 20feet long, done in a country style with lots of space for a big dining room table. There is also a laundry room just inside the back door so when the kids or adults that act like kids get all muddy, it doesn’t get tracked all through the house.

All together there are 3 bedrooms now with two of them upstairs.

Another thing that changed is the old house that was next door is now gone and the lot it sat on is part of this place. Almost a half acre total.

The one thing remaining from the bachelor days is the oversized 2 car garage with a workshop space. But the thing is, the reason he is no longer a bachelor, well, Her giant jacked up Ford truck wont fit in his garage so… two options remained. One, get rid of the truck and buy a regular car, (if you know this girl you know that isn’t gonna happen!) or two, buy a house with a taller garage.
