It’s really not that I am anti-social. I like people. I have lots of friends. But sometimes…

I just enjoy coming home to solitude.

I like the quiet of the country.

I like being able to go for a walk in my back yard and see the deer.

I like to hear the frogs in the pond.

And I like to take my horses and go for a ride on my own 16 acres of pasture, alfalfa, and the 8 acres of rolling wooded hills. (I actually didn’t get the alfalfa planted, and never did get my horse, but it’s all here to do.)

Does that mean I don’t like people???

No. In fact, that’s why we have bonfires. That’s why we have a 4-wheeler track, that’s why we have a big wood deck out back, and that’s why we had plans on putting in a big pool.

So we can share the peace of the country with our friends.

Only thing is…  our lives have taken a big turn recently.  We are saying good bye to our “little ranch” and moving.  People change and times change, and our time to change is now.

So…  What does this mean for you?

Well, it means a very rare chance to have your own piece of the country.

Over 16 acres of pasture, gated paddocks, and rolling hills back in the woods.

And to be honest, we aren’t near being done with everything we had planned for this place so that means you can move in and put the finishing touches on your own personal dream.

If you want to dredge the pond and make it bigger, stock it with bass and bluegill…  You can.

If you want to finish out the shop of your dreams, that already has a concrete floor, a furnace, and a heated and cooled office/man cave…  You can.

If that means you want to install horse stalls in the back barn… You can.

Or,

If that means you want to put up a barbed wire fence to keep the rest of the world out…  You can.

It’s up to you after-all, it’s your dream now.

This place, in eastern Cass County, is only 4 miles from US31 and 5 miles from Peru, in Lewis Cass school district. It is our unfinished dream, but it can be the start of your dream.

And what a lovely dream it can be.  All the hard stuff is done. Just finish up and you are good to go.

Live in our 2100+ sq ft manufactured 3 bedroom, two bath home, and finish up the country paradise we have started or live in the house while you build your own dream home.

The possibilities are truly limitless here.
