Log House, if I need to say anything else… this probably isn’t the home for you.

If you have always dreamed of building a log house on a secluded mountain someplace, next to a flowing stream, with no neighbors within miles… Well, I can’t help you with the mountains or the stream, this is Tipton County. And it is flat here.

BUT, I can help you with the log house sitting on an acre without too many neighbors.

This place was built in 1996 and it is solid logs, no fake siding on this home.

The front porch is massive and goes the full length of the front of the house. Plenty of room for a couple of porch swings. In the back yard, there is a huge wood deck with a built in hot tub. It private and secluded so no prying eyes. What happens on the back deck stays on the back deck! it’s the perfect place for warm summer night cookouts or cool evening relaxing.

Inside the house, there is a fantastic great room with massive wood beams and trusses. Every image you have ever thought about a log house is in this room. Except for a fireplace for heat. this house has a geothermal heat pump for all season comfort.

The Kitchen and dining area are both open to each other so even while you are cooking and looking out at the birds in the back yard, the cook won’t be left out of the conversations.

There are also two bedrooms on the main level.

Upstairs is a Master Bedroom suite and office/den. the bedroom part has a couple of walk-in closets with a dressing area at one end, and a second level deck that looks out over the back yard and the deck. the master bath has a whirlpool tub looking out into the back yard with a huge picture window. there is also a separate stand up shower. at the other end of the upper level is the office/den that overlooks the great room.

You may never want to leave home again.

There are also 4 rooms in the basement. a laundry room, a room with a pool table, and two bonus rooms. it does need a little cleaning though.

The Price is $180,000
